Return Policy

If you have issues with a product please follow the below process for a fast and effective response

1. take images or video of the issue
2. email us at sale@intoactionqld.com.au with subject PRODUCT ISSUE
3. in the email explain to us about the issue and attach the images / video
4. we will review and come back to you usually within 24 - 48 hours on weekdays

A lot of our products are very large with transport cost not being included in any returns /refunds and we find most issues are fixable without the need for a return.
